Vishwakarma Motor Driving Training Centre does not guarantee that any student will pass the RTO examinations, obtain a Learner's License, or secure a Permanent Driving License. Success depends solely on the candidate's performance during the official test conducted by the RTO licensing authority.
2. Student Requirements and Learner's License
It is the sole responsibility of the student to possess, carry, and maintain a valid Learner's License (or any other required permit) issued by the competent authority before commencing practical, on-road driving sessions. Training without a valid Learner's License is strictly illegal and will not be permitted under any circumstances. The student must verify their medical fitness and age requirements as mandated by the Motor Vehicles Act before enrolling in practical driving courses.
3. Dual-Control Vehicles & Safety
All practical training sessions are conducted in vehicles specifically equipped with dual-control braking and clutch mechanisms, operated under the supervision of a certified instructor. While every effort is made to maintain a secure environment and intervene when necessary, driving on public roads carries inherent risks. Students must strictly adhere to the safety commands, speed limits, and traffic directions provided by the instructor. Reckless driving, disobeying traffic signals, or driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session and course enrollment without refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Vishwakarma Motor Driving Training Centre, its instructors, directors, employees, or website partners be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, physical injury, vehicle damage, or road incidents arising from your participation in training or use of the website information, except as otherwise required by prevailing laws.
